Stress Choices Many times over the last few years, I have heard the suggestion “that’s just what I do, it’s a pattern”.      Life IS a matter of choice! Any Pattern that we ‘run’ is a stressor on our own mind and body, through our emotions. Stage 1 is to realise there is a choice and you have it. Stage 2 is to understand where the choice comes from.
